Timeframes

Our project management preparation suggests that our development be in four phases:

1. Validation - 3-4 months to reach as many people as possible and gain support + capital.

2. Pre Launch - 3-4 months to begin development whilst still marketing the Lifetime plan.

3. Beta - 2-3 months to test, release a beta version and allow Lifetime members to test.

4. Public launch - mid 2022 to launch the first product, transition to a member Roadmap.

INVESTORS

Registrations of interest begin and end with Phase one (1)

• START: 01 October 2021

• END: 10 January 2021

We will then aim to present an offer on or by 15 January 2021 with these objectives:

• Set uniform investment terms

• Present validation data for investor analysis

• Complete any unfinished due diligence

• Progress to close commitment contracts

• Potentially receipt capital in legal escrow with staged release

CLOSE: During March 2022, April 01 filing for establishment of our corporate structure.

We will update our Members and the general public in a variety of ways

• Member only Roadmap - registering suggestions and provide up-voting.

• Member only Changelog - specifically addressing Social8 platform updates and releases.
